You Are:
You are a dynamic and strategic sales professional with a proven track record of enhancing relationships and growing business with key commercial customers. Your deep industry knowledge and expertise in Systems and SoC design enables you to effectively leverage relationships and insights to drive business growth. As a strategic thinker and action-oriented individual, you excel in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to expand Synopsys Solutions, achieving revenue and booking goals. Your ability to act as a technical account manager, marshaling resources across Synopsys Business Units and aligning them with the needs of technical and business executives at key customer sites, sets you apart. With exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, you can engage with multiple audiences, including technical, financial, and executive stakeholders. Your proficiency in office productivity software and your ability to work within collaborative teams within the company and across an ecosystem of partners, suppliers, and customers make you an ideal candidate for this role. What You'll Be Doing:
• Create opportunities to build a pipeline based on insight and knowledge of the needs of key customers and the market dynamics they work in.
• Work in a team environment and build relationships at executive, senior technical management, and key contributor levels.
• Create, drive, and close multi-million-dollar, complex, technical sales campaigns.
• Accountable for developing complex technical sales plans, which may involve comparative displacements or inventive business agreements to meet or exceed pre-established quotas.
The Impact You Will Have:
• Drive revenue growth and achieve booking goals by expanding Synopsys Solutions within key customer accounts.
• Enhance relationships with commercial customers in California, positioning Synopsys as a trusted partner.
• Leverage industry knowledge and insights to identify new business opportunities and create a robust sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, effectively addressing customer needs.
• Act as a technical account manager, coordinating resources across Synopsys Business Units to align with customer technical and business requirements.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive long-term customer success.
What You'll Need:
• B.S. in Engineering or related field required (M.S. / M.B.A. or other advanced technical or business management degrees desired).
• Minimum 10 years of sales and/or business development experience in semiconductor sales and engineering services.
• Experience working with one or more semiconductor foundries.
• Ideal candidate resides in California with ability to travel up to 20% of the time across North American and International Travel.
• Exceptional written and verbal communications skills that can be applied to multiple audiences (technical, financial, executive).

Together, you will develop and execute strategic account plans, create compelling sales presentations and proposals, and drive long-term customer success.
