• T4 - $64.54

What You'll Be Doing

Lead Agile Delivery

• Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile squads supporting Fraud Technology initiatives.
• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Remove impediments and help teams maintain focus on delivery objectives.

Drive Delivery Excellence

• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure priorities align with business objectives.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown, and delivery metrics.
• Support continuous delivery practices, incremental releases, and Agile best practices.
• Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests across multiple workstreams.

Agile Coaching & Stakeholder Management

• Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and modern delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions to improve Agile maturity.
• Present delivery updates, insights, and recommendations to leadership teams.
• Influence teams and stakeholders to adopt effective delivery practices and drive organizational change.

Governance & Operational Readiness

• Ensure adherence to Agile Standards & Practices, PMLC, SDLC, and operational readiness requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, and governance artifacts.
• Coordinate delivery activities across Development, QA, DevOps, Security, Architecture, UX, and vendor teams.

Tools & Reporting

• Manage Agile delivery using Jira and Confluence.
• Maintain sprint boards, dashboards, backlog health, and dependency tracking.
• Support portfolio reporting and project financial tracking within Clarity.

Required Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
• 7+ years of project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting complex Agile teams.
• Experience within Financial Services, FinTech, Fraud, Risk, Payments, or highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Knowledge of SDLC, PMLC, Agile delivery frameworks, and release management practices.
• Advanced experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification.
• Experience within Fraud Technology or Financial Crimes environments.
• Pega experience.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern software delivery methodologies.
