Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to assess impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on physician referrals, considering each patient’s specific condition and progress goals.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to enhance therapeutic outcomes, ensuring care is aligned with the latest industry standards and practices.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient assessments, treatment sessions, and progress towards established goals, ensuring accurate documentation for billing and quality assurance.
• Oversee and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants and support personnel, guiding them in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Engage actively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and optimize therapeutic interventions across various healthcare professionals.
• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by suggesting enhancements to care protocols and operational processes.

Our Rehabilitation Center serves a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license issued by the State of Florida.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and basic computer skills for documentation purposes.

Preferred Experience

While one year of experience in a physical therapy setting is required, candidates with additional experience, particularly in diverse rehabilitation environments, will be considered favorably. Experience in managing complex cases or carrying out specialized therapeutic techniques is a distinct advantage.
