The Loader Operator position is critical as we build better communities.  

Here are some of the things the hot plant loader operator position will do:

  • Ability to operate equipment productively, efficiently and safely
  • Service and clean equipment as needed as well as perform pre and post trip inspections to ensure proper performance of the equipment
  • Grease, oil, and perform minor equipment repairs and maintenance, using grease gun, oil cans, various hand tools, etc.
  • Report when oil changes, maintenance, or repair work are due/required and assist as needed
  • Be a great, reliable team member

Additionally, we're looking for:

  • Someone who can demonstrate initiative and reliability with minimal supervision
  • Someone who likes working outdoors
  • MSHA training is preferred
  • At least 1 year experience operating a loader is preferred
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods, lift, bend and other physical activity.
  • CDL is a plus, insurable driving record
