Key Responsibilities
  • Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, both through individual therapy sessions conducted via video or phone calls.

  • Document clinical sessions thoroughly and submit reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and self-improvement efforts to enhance skills and deliver the highest level of care to clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be primarily working with a diverse clientele from various socioeconomic backgrounds in the Vancouver, Washington area. This includes patients with varying mental health disorders, ranging from depression and anxiety to more severe psychological conditions. Particularly important is your ability to effectively convey empathy and understanding, crucial for fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship that empowers clients on their recovery journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a valid LICSW licensure in the state of Washington.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective client interactions and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, enabling the management of a varied caseload.
  • Proficient in addressing age-related and specialty issues for different client populations.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
