Work Environment

This position offers a flexible remote work setting, allowing you to deliver care from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients through our telehealth platform. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring the delivery of focused therapy that addresses presenting issues.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods during virtual sessions, providing individual, group, and family therapy aimed at fostering recovery and resilience.
• Maintain active case management, including regular monitoring of client progress, assessment of needs, and adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary.
• Actively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, enhancing care continuity while contributing positively to team dynamics and goals.
• Engage in crisis intervention strategies when necessary, providing immediate support and solutions to clients in distress.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress meticulously to comply with legal regulations and organizational standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and committees, contributing insights and experiences to enhance service delivery and client outcomes.
• Ensure the highest ethical standards are upheld throughout service delivery, fostering a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
• Must possess valid Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage caseload effectively while adhering to deadlines.
• Competency in addressing age-related or specialty issue and developmental needs across diverse populations.

Preferred Experience

• We prefer candidates with at least 2 years of clinical experience, particularly in a telehealth environment, which will enhance your proficiency in virtual client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits
