This position is primarily remote, allowing therapists to conduct sessions via secure telehealth platforms from the comfort of their home or preferred workspace. Our supportive work environment includes regular team meetings, peer supervision, and access to a variety of resources designed to enhance your professional growth and client care. While remote, therapists do have the option to meet clients at our outpatient office, located conveniently in Columbus, for those who prefer in-person therapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather comprehensive patient history to inform treatment planning and delivery.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities.

  • Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving client goals.
  • Engage in collaborative treatment planning with interdisciplinary teams, when applicable.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center serves a diverse clientele, addressing a range of issues including relationship challenges, mental health concerns, and family dynamics. The ideal candidate will focus on psychoeducation and relationship counseling, guiding clients through effective communication strategies and empowering them with tools to foster healthier interactions both within themselves and with their partners or families.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
  • A current LMFT license in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
  • Certification in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy, is strongly preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with varied family structures and backgrounds.
  • Bilingual communication skills are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a wider client base.
Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to attract top talent. Benefits include a robust 401(k) plan, flexible scheduling options, generous paid time off, and ongoing professional development opportunities to ensure that our therapists continue to grow in their careers.
