Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning for clients experiencing major mental health disorders and severe emotional disturbances.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to foster strong therapeutic relationships and trust, ensuring a patient-centered approach to care.
• Participate actively in team meetings, contributing insights and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care and achieve collective goals.
• Document client interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with ethical standards and organizational protocols.
• Engage in community outreach and education initiatives to promote mental health awareness and resources available at our clinic.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and interventions, tailoring treatment modalities to each client's unique needs and circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The LCSW will work primarily with diverse populations in Lawrence, Kansas, including individuals from varying socioeconomic backgrounds and cultural traditions. Day-to-day interactions may involve working with adults and children dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role is crucial for not only individual recovery but also for the overall health of the community.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your valuable contributions, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
