  • Identify, build, and optimize strategic partnerships, particularly within short-term rental (STR) and mid-term rental ecosystems, to expand reach and drive incremental leads
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, including identifying, onboarding, and managing industry influencers, operators, and thought leaders to amplify brand reach and credibility within target verticals
  • Partner with the events and sales team to build the full lifecycle execution for maximum ROI.
    • Pre-show campaign development to drive awareness, meeting bookings, and booth traffic (email, paid media, landing pages, partnerships, influencer amplification)
    • Post-show follow-up campaigns to accelerate pipeline conversion, nurture leads, and measure ROI
  • Lead campaign planning, testing, optimization, and performance analysis across channels including paid media, email, partnerships, associations, events, and digital platforms

  • Own A/B testing strategy and execution, continuously improving campaign performance, engagement, and conversion rates
  • Analyze and report on core growth KPIs including pipeline contribution, cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS, and customer acquisition efficiency
  • Manage campaign budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, scalability, and return on investment
  • Leverage data insights to prioritize high-impact opportunities, reallocating spend and resources to maximize growth outcomes
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging channels to introduce innovative growth strategies
  • Support forecasting and performance tracking to ensure alignment with broader growth and revenue objectives
  • Maintain accurate tracking of campaign expenses and reporting in coordination with Finance
  • Actively contribute to strategic planning, campaign ideation, and cross-functional initiatives

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing within a B2B or SaaS environment
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth, lead generation, and campaign ROI
  • Experience supporting or owning verticalized or segment-specific marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot or equivalent
