Show & Event Manager - Storm Guard Roofing (Madison, WI)
Base Salary + Performance Bonuses | Build, Own, and Scale the team
Location: Madison, WI Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: 60k Base Salary + Performance Bonuses, 6 figure potential
This is not an "event coordinator" role.
This is a revenue-driving leadership position.
You are responsible for building a high-performing events team that generates consistent, high-quality leads and drives sales.

About Us
At Storm Guard, we help homeowners with the exterior of their homes. We are growing fast and investing heavily in field marketing, shows, and events as a key growth channel.
We do not do average. We build systems that scale.
What You'll Own
Plan, schedule, and execute home shows, retail events, and community activations
Build and manage a calendar of high-ROI events
Recruit, train, and lead event staff and brand ambassadors
Set clear daily/weekly KPIs (leads, cost per lead, conversion)
Drive lead generation performance at every event
Manage booth setup, messaging, and customer experience
Track results and continuously optimize performance
