Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify patients' needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop customized treatment plans.
  • Implement various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
  • Maintain up-to-date and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and all applicable state laws.
  • Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals in our multidisciplinary team, participating in regular case consultations and review meetings to enhance service delivery.
  • Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, empowering them with knowledge and resources to support their mental well-being.
  • Engage in professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health practices and integrating new techniques into your work.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of New Jersey.
  • Deep understanding of solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling personalized care for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster a trusting therapeutic alliance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities, essential for tailoring interventions effectively.
  • A collaborative spirit, valuing team contributions and enhancing the overall success of our care delivery.
Preferred Experience

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with prior experience in community health settings, familiarity with telehealth systems, and proficiency in a variety of therapeutic interventions. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
