You will join a community of like-minded professionals who share a passion for mental health support. We foster collaboration and support among our team members and provide administrative backing that alleviates the burden of scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on what you do best—helping clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized evaluation tools and interviews to gather comprehensive information.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.
  • Deliver personalized therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based modalities to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress towards therapeutic goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide teletherapy services through our secure online platform, ensuring accessibility for clients facing mobility or transportation challenges.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, adhering to ethical and organizational standards for confidentiality and recordkeeping.
  • Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and older dealing with a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will be instrumental in helping these individuals develop coping strategies and gain insight into their mental health conditions, fostering resilience and empowering them to lead fulfilling lives.

Qualifications
  • A valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT, which is essential for providing therapy services.
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for the establishment of trust and rapport with clients.
  • A compassionate and empathetic demeanor combined with a non-judgmental approach is crucial for effective client interaction.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively, particularly in a remote setting.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in outpatient mental health settings, teletherapy, and knowledge of different therapeutic modalities would be highly advantageous. Familiarity with electronic health record systems is beneficial for managing client documentation efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

At Stokes Health System, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:

  • Sign-on bonus for qualifying licensed therapists.
