Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to gather pertinent information for developing tailored treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, adjusting techniques to fit the unique circumstances of each client.
• Set clear and achievable therapeutic goals for clients and regularly monitor progress to ensure effectiveness of treatment strategies.
• Offer teletherapy services to cater to clients with accessibility challenges or preferences for remote sessions, utilizing secure online platforms.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation to meet ethical standards and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in regular training and professional development to refine skills and stay updated on the latest mental health practices and trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent.
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• A compassionate, empathetic demeanor paired with strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to effectively manage caseload while maintaining high-quality client care.

Preferred Experience

Experience in outpatient settings or with specific populations such as children, adolescents, or adults with severe mental health disorders will be highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Stokes Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
