Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying abreast of the latest therapeutic methodologies and mental health trends.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
  • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to empathize with and support clients.
  • A non-judgmental and compassionate approach toward client care.
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing a diverse caseload effectively.
Preferred Experience

While a background in telehealth is a plus, we welcome counselors with a variety of experience levels. Specific experience with trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, and community mental health services will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits

Stokes Health System offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and caseload management. In addition to financial compensation, we provide:
