Work Environment

This role is fully remote, utilizing telehealth technology to deliver services to our clients across California. Key Responsibilities
  • Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead supportive and interactive group therapy sessions, fostering a sense of community among participants while guiding discussions that promote healing and shared learning.
  • Individual Counseling: Conduct one-on-one therapeutic sessions that offer a safe space for clients to discuss their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and support them in developing actionable coping strategies.
  • Treatment Planning: Collaborate with each client to devise personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, preferences, and progress.
  • Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track client progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on feedback and evaluations.
  • Team Collaboration: Frequent communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care, discussing complex cases and ensuring coordinated treatment approaches.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role is on young adults aged 18-30 experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and mood disorders. Our center's outpatient programming is designed to meet the unique needs of this demographic, offering an inclusive and understanding atmosphere that fosters healing and personal development.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current LPCC license in California.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of one year of experience working in mental health treatment environments, particularly with clients facing mood and emotional disorders.
  • Experience in both residential and outpatient settings is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, a sign-on bonus of $3,000 is offered to new hires. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
