Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting in-depth clinical assessments to determine each client's mental health needs, using standardized assessments and clinical interviews.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans tailored specifically to individual client objectives, with regular evaluations and updates based on progress.
  • Providing individual, couples, and group therapy sessions utilizing proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure a cohesive approach to client care.
  • Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all documentation reflects the accurate progress of treatment.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development, including workshops, training, and supervision to enhance clinical skills and community outreach.

Compensation and Benefits
