Work Environment

This role is conducted primarily in a remote setting, allowing for a balance of work and personal life while maintaining close engagement with clients through digital platforms. Our outpatient office provides a supportive environment, ensuring that our counselors can focus on providing excellent care without the distractions often found in traditional office settings. Team collaboration is facilitated through virtual meetings and the latest technology in telehealth, ensuring seamless communication and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and direct clinical interventions for a diverse caseload of patients, demonstrating clinical proficiency and a comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders.
  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, tailored to the unique psychological needs of each patient. Regularly perform assessments to gauge therapeutic progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
  • Document patient interactions meticulously, maintaining comprehensive treatment logs that reflect therapy sessions, follow-ups, and evolving treatment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced clinical skills to develop and implement effective resolution strategies in collaboration with patients and their families, while navigating crisis interventions.
  • Provide educational and supportive programs for patients and families, enhancing their understanding and management of mental health issues.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role involves engaging with a broad spectrum of clients facing various psychological challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. By providing individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions, the counselor plays a crucial role in helping clients develop coping strategies and work toward achieving their mental health goals. Communication with primary care providers is vital to ensure a holistic approach to each patient's treatment plan.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a closely related field is mandatory.
  • Active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD is required for consideration.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality mental health care, with a minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in outpatient settings is preferred, along with competencies in crisis intervention and behavioral assessments.
  • Familiarity with electronic record-keeping systems to document treatment and assessments effectively.
  • Ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to diverse populations and treatment modalities.
Compensation and Benefits

SpringPath Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a sign-on bonus of up to $1,500, performance-based bonuses up to $2,000, and flexible scheduling of 5 to 40 hours per week based on your preferences. Comprehensive health benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, are included, alongside generous paid time off with rollover and cash-out options. We also offer a 12-week paid parental leave for our employees.
