Work Environment

This position is designed to provide flexibility, allowing you to work remotely while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. You will primarily engage with clients in our community health clinic model, ensuring comprehensive psychological care that addresses the whole person. Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the clinical care of patients, ensuring proficiency in therapeutic techniques tailored to meet individual needs.
  • Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, initiating comprehensive assessments and maintaining detailed treatment logs for each client.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of patients, each presenting unique psychological needs that require customized intervention strategies.
  • Utilize advanced assessment strategies to evaluate patients and their families, fostering collaborative relationships to develop effective treatment plans.
  • Perform mental health evaluations that integrate seamlessly into our holistic care framework, ensuring thorough documentation and follow-up of patient progress.
  • Provide personalized counseling services, including individual, family, and conjoint therapy, and make referrals to specialized providers as necessary.
  • Effectively assess the ongoing needs of patients and healthcare providers to adapt treatment plans based on evolving psychological needs.
  • Prepare strategy outlines, progress summaries, and necessary revisions, contributing to educational and supportive programming for clients and their families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will directly impact a varied clientele, including individuals facing mental health challenges stemming from trauma, depression, anxiety, and other psychological disorders. You will be responsible for fostering a therapeutic alliance with clients that encourages open communication and trust, creating a safe environment to explore their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling is required.
  • A minimum of two years of direct experience in a clinical setting is mandatory for this role, showcasing your ability to handle complex cases.
  • Licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is essential.
Preferred Experience

Experience working in a community health setting is preferred, as it provides a familiar context for understanding the challenges faced by our diverse patient population. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms is an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
