Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing professionals with the flexibility to maintain work-life balance while serving clients effectively. You will work from home while collaborating with a supportive team of psychiatrists, therapists, and mental health professionals dedicated to providing holistic care. The hours for this position are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, reflecting our commitment to employee wellness and manageable work schedules.

Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to understand the severity, frequency, and duration of clients' mood disorder symptoms.
• Developing personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs, goals, and preferences.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address mood disorders.
• Providing education and guidance to clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
• Monitoring and documenting clients' progress throughout their therapeutic journey, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.
• Working collaboratively with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure unified and patient-centered care.
• Engaging in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest research and best practices related to mood disorders.
• Maintaining thorough, accurate, and confidential documentation of all client interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participating in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance clinical practices.
• Advocating for clients’ mental health needs and contributing to destigmatizing mood disorders within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice serves a broad spectrum of clients, with a specific emphasis on individuals dealing with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. The therapist will work with diverse demographics within the community, focusing on fostering resilience and promoting recovery through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona.
• Strong proficiency in current evidence-based treatment modalities, particularly for mood disorders.
• Thorough understanding of psychopharmacology and collaborative approaches with medical professionals.
• Documented success in achieving positive outcomes in mood disorder treatment.
• Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with clients from various backgrounds.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates who demonstrate experience working within a community mental health setting and have a proven ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. Additional familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital therapeutic tools will enhance the effectiveness of service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
