Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments with individuals and couples to understand their emotional and psychological needs.
• Facilitating therapy sessions, both collectively and individually, focusing on various issues affecting family dynamics.
• Implementing treatment plans specific to family goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to foster growth and healing.
• Providing guidance and support in areas such as grief and loss, communication difficulties, separation, and divorce.
• Utilizing telehealth technology for remote sessions, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to ethical standards.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans that address both mental and physical health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse array of clients, including individuals, couples, and families. You will primarily assist clients facing significant life challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
• Physical and psychological abuse
• Grief and loss
• Separation and divorce
• Adjustment to blended family dynamics
• Stress management related to jobs and medical issues

Qualifications

• Current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting, with hands-on experience in family therapy preferred.

Preferred Experience

While the minimum requirements include a degree and license, we highly value applicants who have:

• Experience working with children and adolescent populations.
• Familiarity with modern telehealth practices and tools.

Compensation and Benefits

We recognize the invaluable contributions of our therapists with a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 100,000 annually. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
