Position Overview

The Spring Psychotherapy Center is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our team in providing comprehensive mental health services via a full-time remote telehealth setting. Work Environment

This position will be conducted remotely, allowing you to work from home while engaging in meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients through virtual meetings. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to assist clients in overcoming dependencies and adapting to various life changes.
• Maintain the confidentiality of patient records and treatment information, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Guide clients in mastering skills and strategies, enabling them to effectively manage their challenges and articulate their feelings.
• Gather and assess client information through interviews and psychological tests, meticulously preparing and maintaining accurate treatment records and reports.
• Evaluate clients' physical or mental health conditions by thoroughly reviewing their assessments and progress, and devise appropriate treatment plans grounded in clinical expertise.
• Act as a client advocate to facilitate necessary services and address any urgent crises effectively.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is highly preferred.

• Excellent communication skills to foster a supportive client relationship.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
