Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health evaluations to assess client needs and challenges, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client goals, utilizing various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, offering a supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.
  • Maintain confidential and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Act as an advocate for your clients, navigating them through crises and connecting them with additional resources as necessary.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share case insights, seek consultation, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the center.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clients come from various backgrounds, and your ability to address the unique challenges faced by each individual will be crucial in fostering a therapeutic alliance. Your expertise in cultural competence will enhance the effectiveness of your interventions and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, counseling, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Must possess valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
  • Strong understanding of psychological principles, assessment tools, and behavioral intervention strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey complex concepts clearly and compassionately.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in telehealth service delivery is highly desirable, along with familiarity with relevant software platforms.
  • Prior experience working with a wide range of mental health issues and demographic groups is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
