We're currently looking for an independently licensed mental health professional with clinical training, facilitation, and instructional design experience to join our Clinical Training team.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Training, the Clinical Trainer will deliver clinical trainings to customers virtually and in person, assist in the development of clinical trainings, collaborate in measuring the effectiveness of trainings, and work to grow clinical training offerings. This position will be dedicated to a Spring Health customer. Travel will be required up to 10-20% of the time for in-person trainings, with specific event parameters aligned to historical company requirements.

What you'll do: 

  • Deliver clinical trainings in an engaging manner.
  • Work with a dedicated customer and internal Spring Employees to meet the needs of a dedicated customer.
  • Collaborate with global providers to recognize culturally sensitive modifications to materials.
  • Develop clinical content and training materials utilizing engagement techniques 
  • Follow Spring Health policies and maintain all confidentiality, compliance, and ethical standards. 
  • Collaborate to continue to grow clinical training offerings and measurements of effectiveness.
  • Work as a team player assisting with Wellsprings and onsite health fairs as needed.
  • Coordinate logistics such as creating virtual events platforms, finding clinical providers, ensuring materials are prepared, tracking reporting and evaluation metrics. 
  • Work closely with a dedicated customer to consult on Training and Programming planning, including partnering with internal stakeholders to consult, manage and advise a dedicated customer.
  • Ability to triage or use clinical skills as needed when urgent or crisis matters arise.
  • A deep understanding of customer's benefits and offerings.
  • Experience presenting to all levels within an organization- including executive level.
  • Deep understanding of the dedicated customer and unique needs of each division and unique employee populations.

What you'll bring: 

  • Licensure: An unrestricted clinical license to practice psychotherapy (Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, etc.). We are unable to accept applications from individuals requiring clinical supervision.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, with at least 1 year of post-licensure experience. Experience with instructional design and content development is required.
  • Training & Evaluation: Proven background in corporate training or public speaking, with a strong grasp of adult learning principles, virtual engagement techniques, and training evaluation methods.
  • Tech-Savvy: Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with specific expertise in Microsoft Teams (required for all training delivery) and PowerPoint for presenting dynamic, engaging content.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written professional communication skills to engage effectively with corporate customers and fellow Spring Health team members.
  • Location: Ideally located in Atlanta, GA.

What success looks like in this role:

  • Maintain an average feedback rating of 4.5/5 or higher for live events, including on-site delivery.
  • Optimize operational efficiency for meeting customer needs related to Clinical Programming and Training.
  • Develop deep relationships and a strong cultural understanding of the dedicated customer to ensure trainings feel highly tailored to their workforce.

The target salary for FT range for this position is $80,000-$92,000. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
