Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and compassionate assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, crafting clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans that address specific issues and promote growth.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic methods, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to client goals, ensuring that interventions are culturally sensitive and effective.
• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, quickly identifying needs and mobilizing appropriate responses to ensure client safety and well-being.
• Maintain precise and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards to support seamless care.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—such as psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers—to coordinate comprehensive care plans and share insights for improved client outcomes.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and empowering them to access necessary supports.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about best practices and evolving methodologies in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients present a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and more. As a therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations, allowing you to apply a broad spectrum of therapeutic modalities to meet varied needs.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including qualifications such as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field is required.
• Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, demonstrating the ability to evaluate client needs accurately.
• At least two years of relevant mental health experience is necessary for this role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal competence, enabling effective engagement with clients and collaboration with team members.
• Ability to work autonomously while also contributing as a vital part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and professional integrity.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with a range of attractive benefits, including:
