  • Responsible: Arrives on time, manages groups of 10-12 children effectively, maintains accurate records, and communicates clearly with the Soccer Shots team.
  • Professional: Presents a neat appearance, is friendly and courteous with daycare staff, parents, and directors, and carries themselves with confidence.
  • Enthusiastic: Thrives on interacting with children ages 2-5, connecting with them on their level, and making each session the highlight of their week. You're outgoing, animated, and comfortable being silly to bring joy to the kids.
  • Soccer Knowledge: Soccer experience or familiarity with the game is a plus, but not required. A willingness to learn is essential.
  • Logistics: Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. Daily access to a computer, printer, and internet is required.

Why Soccer Shots?
  • Impactful Work: Make a meaningful difference in children's lives by fostering confidence, teamwork, and joy.

  • Flexible Schedule: Work in a variety of community settings with sessions available throughout the week.
  • Year-Round Opportunity: Engage with our program through all four seasons-Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer.
