Requirements:
Previous structural welding experience
Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
Reliable transportation
Must have your own welding tools and hand tools:
Harness and lanyard, hard hat and gloves, welding helmet for welders (not needed for just ironwork), 25 or 30-foot tape, spud wrench to fit a 1 1/4" nut, 12" crescent wrench, 4 to 8 lb short-handle sledgehammer, chipping hammer, bull pin or drift pin, sleever bar, and bolt bags (Klein 5416T or similar) for carrying bolts.
