Position Overview

Single Pathway Psychiatry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this full-time remote position, you will focus on providing exceptional mental health services, specifically working with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders. As a crucial part of our team, you will conduct assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance our clients' mental well-being.

Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with our clients effectively. You will work routinely within a collaborative digital platform, ensuring that you can maintain communication with team members and access clinical resources. While you will primarily work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, there may be opportunities for occasional evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients presenting with mood disorders, including evaluating the severity, frequency, and duration of symptoms.
• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are both tailored to their specific needs and aligned with best practices.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients effectively.
• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them to understand mood disorders and engage in self-care strategies.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-up sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in client status.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
• Stay abreast of emerging research in mood disorders and integrate new findings into clinical practice to optimize treatment delivery.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with ethical guidelines.
• Engage in regular case consultations and participate in professional development to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
• Advocate for clients within the community, promoting the destigmatization of mood disorders while supporting their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client population includes a diverse range of individuals experiencing mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. As a therapist, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs and goals while providing the necessary support and interventions that empower them to thrive both mentally and emotionally.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey, demonstrating your competency to practice as a mental health professional.
• Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and the ability to collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience specializing in mood disorders.
• Proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities including, but not limited to, CBT and DBT.
• Demonstrated track record of success in treating mood disorders, resulting in positive client outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish rapport and trust with a diverse client population.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications. In addition, you will be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
