Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, using structured tools and empathetic listening skills to inform treatment planning.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services, engaging clients through individual, group, or family sessions tailored to their unique mental health concerns and therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate holistic treatment plans that address the multifaceted needs of our clients.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques to support clients in acute distress, employing de-escalation strategies and providing immediate emotional support as required.
• Participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and destigmatizing seeking help.

Qualifications

• An independent and active license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively establish rapport and foster therapeutic relationships.
• Cultural competence with sensitivity to work effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring the timely completion of documentation and case management duties.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in a clinical setting, particularly working with addiction, trauma, or community mental health initiatives.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and recent developments in mental health care.
• Experience in crisis intervention and an understanding of community resources and support systems.

Compensation and Benefits
