Work Environment

This position offers the convenience of a fully remote work setting, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing secure telehealth platforms to provide support for clients dealing with various mental health challenges.
  • Create a welcoming and safe online space where clients can openly discuss their struggles.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish personalized therapy goals and ensure regular progress assessments.
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices, while adapting them according to the client's evolving needs.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with confidentiality regulations and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of therapeutic practices within our organization.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Our clients come from various backgrounds and demographics, providing you with a unique opportunity to broaden your therapeutic outlook and implement a range of treatment modalities that resonate with different lifestyles.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required to ensure sound clinical knowledge.
  • Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice independently.
  • Minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in therapy and treatment planning, showcasing a proven ability to support clients effectively.
  • Exceptional skills in virtual communication, fostering trust and rapport with clients through online interactions.
  • Familiarity with various online therapy platforms and readiness to engage with digital tools effectively.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in a telehealth environment, enabling better understanding and adaptation to virtual therapeutic practices.
  • Background in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy) that enhance treatment options for clients.
