Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, tailoring your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Communicate effectively with other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive care, including updates on patient progress and any concerns that arise.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans, in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct regular assessments of client progress toward their therapeutic goals and adjust treatment plans based on their evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring immediate safety and well-being.
• Coordinate with family members and support systems to enhance treatment outcomes and facilitate discharge planning when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide therapy to a diverse clientele, including individuals navigating relationship challenges, trauma, attachment issues, and family dynamics. Our practice serves clients from various backgrounds and age groups, allowing you to contribute to a wide range of personal journeys and challenges. Your expertise will play a vital role in empowering clients to heal, thrive, and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of three years of experience working in an outpatient setting with a diverse client population.
• Strong proficiency in using technology, including telehealth platforms, electronic medical records, and MS Office Suite.
• The ability to work independently while exhibiting self-motivation, organization, and strong time management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing teletherapy services or familiarity with remote counseling practices.
• Proficiency in evidence-based therapy modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), or Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
• Previous experience working with clients from varied cultural backgrounds or presenting a range of mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits
