Set Right Behavioral Healthcare is in search of a compassionate and motivated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. Work Environment

This role offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing you to provide therapy services from the comfort of your own home. Our outpatient office fosters a culture of collaboration and support amongst therapists, providing access to ongoing training and resources to enhance clinical skills. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to each individual.
• Communicate regularly with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support to clients experiencing distress.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential clinical records, including treatment notes, assessments, and progress reports, in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.
• Coordinate and consult with clients’ families or support systems to facilitate a holistic approach to treatment and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create an integrated care approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse client population includes individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their toughest times, promoting healing and empowerment. Our practice values cultural competence, and you will work closely with clients from varying backgrounds, ensuring our services are accessible and relevant.

Qualifications

• A master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent credential.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in an outpatient setting, demonstrating a solid understanding of systemic therapy principles.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with an ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed care practices is highly desirable. Additionally, candidates with bilingual capabilities will be given preference, as we strive to provide culturally relevant services to our clients.

Compensation and Benefits
