Job description

Welcome!

The Supervisor, Customer Service supports the Customer Service team through indirect supervision of para-professionals as they work to meet their daily and monthly objectives. Regularly reports progress to management. Typically reports to a manager level or above. Assists management in leading the customer support team, providing clear strategic direction; sets day-to-day operational objectives for team Helps to enforce adherence to customer service policies and procedures. Partners to allocate resources and budgets to optimize support operations. Under direction of managers, analyzes support metrics, initiating improvement measures. Assists management to develop initial customer retention strategies and programs. Coordinates with other departments to align support efforts. Resolves escalated basic and routine customer issues and disputes. Assists in conducting performance evaluations for the Customer Support team, offering feedback and coaching.Minimum Experience: 4+ years Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED
