Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) at Serenity Mindscape, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand the mental health needs of your clients.
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality.
• Actively collaborating with an interdisciplinary treatment team, which includes psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care for your clients.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights on best practices.
• Providing education and resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, helping them to navigate available community support services.
• Staying current with the latest research and advancements in mental health to enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to complex trauma. Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, showcasing your competence and dedication.
• Expertise in various psychotherapy interventions and techniques, allowing for individualized treatment approaches.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

Preferred Experience
