Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions to develop effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Implement treatment interventions, including exercise regimens, stretching exercises, and hands-on therapies to alleviate pain and improve mobility.
  • Regularly assess patient progress by documenting treatments and responses, adjusting therapy plans as necessary to meet evolving therapeutic goals.
  • Educate patients and their families or caregivers on home care strategies, therapeutic exercises, and the use of assistive devices where applicable.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in physical therapy.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to contribute to comprehensive care plans and ensure continuity of care for each patient.
  • Encourage patients to reach their maximum potential through empowerment and motivation, fostering a supportive and healing environment.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. You will work with patients of all ages, tailoring your therapeutic approach to suit their specific recovery needs. Qualifications
  • Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate Degree (DPT) is required.
  • A valid state license in Physical Therapy is necessary for practice.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interaction with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for documentation and communication.
  • Flexibility and agility in adapting to various patient needs and workplace dynamics.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist is preferred, with a strong foundation in rehabilitation therapies.
  • Experience in patient education and collaborating within interdisciplinary teams enhances candidacy.
Compensation and Benefits
