Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of clients experiencing mood disorders to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each client's specific needs, goals, and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address client issues effectively.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices to promote understanding and engagement in their recovery process.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation of client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities to refine your practice.
• Advocate for clients, addressing mental health stigmatization and ensuring their needs are met compassionately and respectfully.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with clients facing various mood disorders, including depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Our diverse clientele encompasses individuals from various backgrounds, ages, and life experiences, providing an enriching and challenging professional landscape. Qualifications

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• A strong sense of empathy, a nonjudgmental attitude, and a genuine desire to support clients through their challenges.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

• The salary range for this position is between USD 90,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
