Supply Chain Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory management, logistics, demand planning, supplier relationship management, and continuous process improvement to ensure cost-effective, efficient, and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage procurement, sourcing, and vendor relationships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely supply.
  • Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory optimization strategies.
  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, and sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
  • Analyze demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet customer requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, order fulfillment, lead time, and logistics costs.
  • Identify supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage transportation and distribution activities to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Prepare reports and present supply chain performance to senior management.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree (MBA or related field).
  • Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Six Sigma.
  • Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, automotive, pharmaceuticals, or e-commerce industries.
