Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to clients, employing evidence-based practices tailored to their unique needs.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans through thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of patient progress.
  • Actively engage in weekly clinical supervision and team meetings to promote continuous improvement and enhance service delivery.
  • Stay current on developments in therapeutic practices, attending workshops and engaging in professional development opportunities.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic patient care that addresses both mental and physical health concerns.
  • Document client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms effectively to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring continuity of care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adults and adolescents struggling with various mental health challenges. This may include, but is not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will facilitate an inclusive and supportive environment that recognizes the unique cultural and social backgrounds of each client.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist in California.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services to diverse populations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective rapport building with clients and multidisciplinary team members.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with both adult and adolescent clients.
  • Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques suited for diverse mental health issues.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools for teletherapy and documentation.
Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an annual salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, and a retirement plan with company matching.
