About the Caseworker Supervisor Role
As a Caseworker Supervisor within our Children and Youth team, you'll play a vital role in supporting children and families through strength-based services. This position is ideal for someone who is compassionate, adaptable, and thrives in fast-paced environments where collaboration matters.
Starting Salary: Based on experience and qualifications
Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
Caseworker Supervisor Core Responsibilities
  • Provide coaching for staff
  • Facilitate meetings
  • Attend court hearings
  • Participate in training/staff development
  • Facilitate caseload coverage

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree with major course work in sociology, social welfare, psychology, gerontology, criminal justice; or other related social sciences.
  • Two years' experience in CYS/child welfare.
  • Servant leader mindset
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Location & Schedule
This position is based in Northumberland County, PA. Work is primarily in office and community based. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Evening availability may be required.
