Position Title: Salon Consultant
Department: Sales
Reports to: Regional Sales Director
Status: Full-Time, Exempt
Job Summary:
The Salon Consultant is a dynamic and results-driven professional responsible for managing an assigned territory of clients, including but not limited to salons, barbers, spas, schools, and licensed beauty professionals. This role involves building strong partnerships with customers to understand their unique business needs, providing innovative solutions, and driving overall sales growth.
Key responsibilities include achieving assigned sales goals, opening new accounts, introducing approved beauty products and concepts, and leveraging education and sales tools to support client success. Additionally, collaboration with local store teams is essential to maximize market opportunities and generate revenue for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Successful Salon Consultants will be goal oriented, persuasive, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, an outgoing personality, and a professional appearance.

This position requires daily driving of a sales route, occasional lifting up to 30 pounds, walking, and standing.
MVR Check:
Due to this position's driving requirements within a territory, SSG will require this position to have an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check beginning 1/1/2025. Any offer of employment will be contingent on passing this Motor Vehicle Record check.
