Job Summary
The Senior Security Supervisor / Assistant National Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the assigned security operation while providing operational support to the National Account Manager across the account. This position serves as an elevated leadership role responsible for site operations, workforce development, training, compliance, performance management, and operational consistency. This position assists the National Account Manager with implementing account-wide initiatives and provides leadership coverage as directed.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities currently assigned to the Site Supervisor.
  • Assist the National Account Manager with daily account operations and administrative requirements.
  • Serve as an additional operational point of contact for site supervisors and account leadership.
  • Assist with developing, implementing, and maintaining account-wide training programs, including OJT, refreshers training, tabletop exercises, scenario based training, and remedial training.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of officer and supervisor performance and identify training development needs.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
  • Review staffing levels, scheduling, overtime, attendance, open posts, and other operational concerns.
  • Conduct operations/site assessments and ensure compliance with post orders, contract requirements, company policies and client expectations.
  • Review incident reports, DARs, training records, inspections, and other operational documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support preparation for client meetings, operational reviews, audits, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Promote consistent operating standards across all locations assigned to the account.
  • Assume additional account-level operational responsibilities as delegated by the National Account Manager.

Requirements
  • Technologically savvy - experienced with MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of technology driven scheduling platforms a plus.
  • Project management experience.
  • Adept in leading teams in complex problem solving.
  • Customer Service orientation required.
  • Able to interact in a corporate environment and effectively communicate with all levels of management.
  • Must be flexible and possess the ability to meet deadlines in a high tempo environment.
  • Excellent time-management, organization and multi-tasking skills required.
  • A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications
  • Preferred candidate has either an honorable military discharge, a Bachelor's degree or 5 years' experience in operations management and project management role.
  • Experience developing, coordinating, or delivering security training, OJT, tabletop exercises, and scenario-based training.
  • Working knowledge of security operations, contract requirements, post orders, SOPs, incident reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Can independently develop reports, spreadsheets, diagrams, charts, graphs, and other products that may be needed. (e.g. - MS Word, Excel, Access, SharePoint)
  • Experience conducting or assisting with workplace investigations, corrective actions, and performance management.
  • Ability to operate independently and make sound operational decisions within established company and contract requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain professional boundaries and appropriately distinguish between client direction, contractual requirements, and employer management responsibilities.
