Our values emphasize inclusivity and the commitment to serve diverse population groups, nourishing holistic approaches to care. By placing emphasis on our mission, we strive to set the standard for others in the health sector, making significant impacts locally while thinking beyond our immediate environment.

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a better work-life balance while still making a significant impact in the lives of our clients. You will work from home but remain connected to your colleagues and our supportive administrative staff through weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions. Our structure enables collaboration and fosters a sense of community among staff while allowing the convenience of a remote work setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive treatment.
  • Provide a spectrum of prevention, treatment, and recovery services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to collective clinical goals and pathways to improve service delivery.
  • Monitor and track client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to align treatments with evolving needs and goals.
  • Assist with crisis intervention, being available to respond to client needs during and after traditional program hours as part of on-call responsibilities.
  • Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and within required timelines, enhancing our organizational commitment to quality and accountability.
  • Participate in quality improvement committees to help refine our service offerings and uphold high standards.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your focus will be on serving diverse populations in Gilbert, AZ, including underrepresented individuals and families who may face barriers to access mental health services. Salinas Behavioral Health values a multicultural approach and emphasizes collaboration with community resources to address the comprehensive needs of our clients.

Qualifications
  • Must hold a current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a relevant behavioral health setting, demonstrating your ability to engage effectively with clients facing diverse mental health challenges.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of ethical frameworks and professional standards governing social work practice.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams while being culturally competent.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with individuals in community health settings or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatments for mental health disorders and trauma-informed care practices.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and care management software.
