Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Possess a valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential.
  • A minimum of three years of recent experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling.
  • Specialized training in crisis counseling and trauma-informed care is preferred.
  • Experience delivering effective counseling services to individuals in immediate mental health crises.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in evidence-based crisis intervention methods and de-escalation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with distressed clients.
  • Commitment to a culturally sensitive and empathetic approach in all client interactions.
  • Ability to conduct rapid assessments and develop individualized crisis intervention plans.
  • Thorough understanding of ethical and legal standards relevant to crisis counseling.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
