Our platform supports hiring teams by simplifying the recruiting process and improving candidate experience. We're a growing company focused on great service, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
Position OverviewWe're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our users and internal team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new systems, and building foundational experience in a professional environment.
What You'll DoRespond to customer questions via email, chat, or phone
Provide basic support and troubleshooting for the SalesDraft platform
Route more complex issues to the appropriate team
Update customer information and notes in internal systems
Follow established processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service
Assist with general administrative or support tasks as needed
Strong communication and listening skills
Professional, positive, and dependable attitude
Basic computer skills and comfort learning new software
Ability to stay organized and manage simple tasks efficiently
Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
