Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our users and internal team. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new systems, and building foundational experience in a professional environment.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer questions via email, chat, or phone

  • Provide basic support and troubleshooting for the SalesDraft platform

  • Route more complex issues to the appropriate team

  • Update customer information and notes in internal systems

  • Follow established processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service

  • Assist with general administrative or support tasks as needed
