The Window Store & More is hiring motivated Door-to-Door Canvassers to generate leads and set appointments for our home improvement services, including windows, roofing, siding, and kitchen refacing.

This is a W-2, year-round position with strong earning potential. Your role is simple: talk to homeowners, create interest, and schedule free estimatesno selling required.

We're growing fast and looking for energetic, outgoing people to join our field marketing team. Your job is simple: talk with homeowners, create interest, and schedule free estimates for windows, doors, and exterior projects. No selling. No pressure. Just conversations.

• $17.50/hour base pay
• Daily bonuses: up to $75/day for confirmed appointments
• $3,000 New Hire Bonus
• Weekly production bonuses starting at $100

• $250 referral bonus + ongoing sales override (6 months)
