We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Account Manager who can deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining strong attention to detail. In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor for an assigned set of accounts, ensuring clients receive accurate guidance, timely service, and the best available coverage options. Responsibilities
  • Serve as the trusted advisor for an assigned group of clients
  • Understand client needs and match them with optimal coverage solutions
  • Process new policies, renewals, endorsements, and updates with accuracy
  • Round out accounts by identifying coverage gaps and offering suitable options
  • Communicate with carriers and underwriters to secure favorable outcomes
  • Support ongoing retention efforts through strong relationship management
Requirements
  • Previous personal lines insurance experience preferred
  • Active Florida insurance license such as 4-40, 2-20, or 20-44
  • Strong command of Microsoft applications, AMS or CRM systems, and quoters
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • High-level communication and customer service abilities
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
