As a member of Rooted Life LLC, you will participate in weekly clinical team meetings and case reviews, which are invaluable for professional development and collaboration. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed intake assessments and needs evaluations through a combination of structured interviews, observational assessments, and direct conversations.
• Develop, implement, and review personalized therapeutic treatment plans based on clinical best practices and each client's unique needs.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient records in compliance with facility regulations and licensing standards.
• Engage actively in weekly clinical team meetings to discuss case progress, share insights, and cooperate with community organizations to enhance client support.
• Provide crisis intervention counseling as needed, extending outreach services to schools and homes to engage with clients in diverse settings.
• Facilitate specialized counseling groups addressing key issues such as grief, anger management, depression, parenting skills, and adjustment disorders.
• Collaborate with various healthcare professionals within our network to ensure comprehensive care that contributes to positive client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals dealing with family dynamics, marital concerns, grief, and adjustment to life transitions. Your therapeutic expertise will support clients with unique backgrounds and needs, fostering resilience and personal growth. Qualifications

• A valid Florida license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is mandatory.
• Certification in one or more recognized treatment modalities is essential.
• Current CPR certification is required to ensure readiness for emergency scenarios.
• You must have proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and adhere to best practices in documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are essential for successful collaboration and client interaction.
• You should possess the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of clinical experience post-licensure is preferred, ideally with familiarity in medical social work settings.
• Experience offering outreach counseling in school and community settings.
• Prior work developing and implementing group therapy programs would be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

Rooted Life LLC is committed to providing a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills and experience. The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, supplemented with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
