ROAD RANGER, L.L.C.
Job Title: Accounting Analyst
Department: Accounting
Reports to: Controller
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Summary of PositionWorking under the supervision of the Controller, the Accounting Analyst is responsible for reconciling, analyzing, and reporting on daily operational activity. Assist others in improving the accuracy and consistent flow of data from operating units.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Review and reconcile daily operational activity from stores for quality and accuracy.
  • Work with operations to resolve variances and improve flow and accuracy of data.
  • Assist with the reconciliation of month end variance reports.
  • Participate in the month-end closing to include account balancing.
  • Recommend process improvements and assist in automation of manual processes.
  • Assist in other departmental activities as required.

Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College work in accounting/finance a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, organization and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently or with a team to accomplish company goals.
