Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, risk assessments, and diagnostic interviews to identify the specific needs of each student.
  • Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans that reflect their goals and values, incorporating culturally sensitive practices.
  • Utilize proven therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various therapeutic settings, including individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Provide crisis intervention services and work alongside interdisciplinary teams, including educators and other health professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients experiencing acute distress.
  • Document clinical progress meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records that comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
  • Deliver psychoeducational resources to clients and their families, equipping them with essential skills to manage mental health challenges effectively.
  • Participate in regular outcome evaluations to assess the efficacy of therapeutic interventions and make necessary adjustments to care plans based on patient progress.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and best practices, implementing findings into your clinical work to improve patient outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW within our organization, you will focus primarily on working with children and adolescents, guiding them through various mental health challenges associated with trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues. You will provide a compassionate presence that empowers clients to share their stories and engage actively in their healing journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master's Degree in Social Work is required.
  • Possession of a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
  • The ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and relevant qualifications.
