Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, personal strengths, and available resources.
  • Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs, including measurable goals and therapeutic actions.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive care strategies are implemented.
  • Implement crisis intervention strategies when necessary, which involves conducting risk assessments and setting up safety plans for clients at risk.
  • Maintain precise and timely clinical documentation that meets ethical and legal standards.
  • Lead group therapy sessions, educational workshops, and support groups, contributing to the therapeutic development of clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
